Jeff Fitzsimmons of JFBUILDING.com is currently involved with residential projects. Most of our residential projects are in the borough of Manhattan with others in Queens and Brooklyn. The projects differ from bathrooms, kitchens and living rooms renovations to new additions. We also do custom cabinetry and specialize in wood projects.

2004:
*Caf Colonial. Lower cabinets, clear finished birch with black granite counter top.
*Gramercy Park North Residence. Built in bookcase, oil paint finish, 144 by 93.

2003:
*Park Slope Residence. Kitchen Table, Douglas fir with Danish oil and wax finish.
*Central Park West Residence. Home office remodel; millwork, plaster, paint.
*Rhinebeck, NY Home. Structure repair of 1800 house, restored siding and detail. Brooklyn, NY Residence. Bathroom renovation, all new fixtures, mosaic tile.
*Brooklyn, NY Residence, Kitchen and Bathroom renovation, structural repair, new fixtures, appliances, mosaic tile and stone work.
*Gramercy Park North Residence, Condo renovation; new baseboard and doors, plaster and paint throughout.
* 17th/Park Ave Residence. Kitchen work; granite counter top, wall tile, hardware.

2002:
*Soho loft. Finish carpenter and millwork installation on high end loft renovation.
*Greenwich Village. Condo renovation; restore to open design, new closets, doors, plaster and paint throughout.
*Greenwich Village. Condo renovation; restore to open design, build lofts, install 12 foot plexiglass sliding door, build custom bookcase in ebonized oak.
*Wu Tang Clan recording studio. Custom cabinets for sound equipment clear Maple finish.

2001:
*Brooklyn Heights. Carpenter on luxury brownstone full four story renovation. Relocated business from San Francisco, CA in September, 2001.
*San Francisco Residence. Kitchen remodel, two story redwood deck and stairs.

2000-2001:
*Sonoma County Home. Full structural upgrade of Victorian farmhouse, including removal of attic floor and building full second story with dormers, custom double hung mahogany windows, exterior detail to match existing, porches, stairways, etc.

1993-2000:
*San Francisco Residence. Full structural upgrade, finishing ground floor to in-law unit with full bath, bay windows, exterior wood work.
* S.F. Residence. Restructure of attic space for living space and roof deck.
*Continued work as contractor and carpenter in San Francisco Bay Area.
